Tifané Williams, a native of New York City, has been performing since the age of three.
Starting at the Dance Theatre of Harlem, then moving on to The School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center, followed by the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Her foray into musical theatre came with significant performances of Bye Bye Birdie, the opera Carmina Burana (Alfred University, B.A. Communication Studies, Journalism/English) and Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Acting Workshop, W.I.
The long shot and close-up of Tifané’s worldview speaks to her desire to create and demonstrate beauty, truth and caring in life. Having always been passionate about helping those less fortunate, Tifané has worked with a variety of youth development, service and non-profit organizations.
